I have not been able to download anything from any site except Apple TV + since StreamFab 6.1.4.7 for Mac. All I get is continuous Analyzing at a static pace. I have reported this several times, but so far, no one has been able to tell me why or fixed the problem. Attached is the log file of my latest attempt to download from Amazon on the new StreamFab 6.1.7.5. This is just an example of what I always get. This is on my Mac (2015) OS 12.7.4, 3.1 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5, 8 GB 1867 MHz DDR3.

I haven't used SF on a Mac before, however when I've run into the same issue with SF on my Windows PC, I do the following steps. Can you do the same/similar on a Mac?- If you didn't use the offline installer to update to the latest version, can you try running it over top of your current installation? Visit -> https://www.dvdfab.cn/download.htm and click the Mac/Apple icon to see the SF for Mac download button.
- Try clearing the Temp and Log files of StreamFab (For Windows users: when in StreamFab, use the 3 bar menu, select Settings, and on the General tab, make note of your temp and log folders. Exit StreamFab, visit those folders using Windows File Manager, and delete everything in them).
- After clearing those, the next time you launch StreamFab, before opening any services, from StreamFab's home, scroll down, selected Clear History, then select Cookies and other site data, and hit clear data.
- Then try downloading.

KidJoe, I have Cleared Log files and Temp files, Uninstalled the App, then reinstalled. What I have not done, and will try, is to clear history and cookies. I will try that next. ThanksComment
