Is the US site itself having issues right now? Basically when it comes time to download I get a failure downloading, make sure you can play it back error. Looking at the log file, it appears to be throwing a Too Many Devices error. So, I do a complete cleanup of devices. Delete logs and temp files and repeat. Error repeats.
I highly suspect it is a browser within SF issue. I can copy the url of the video I want, do a complete clean out of devices, the try again, and the video itself won't even play within SF.
