    For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
    For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
    Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
    If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.

            Chill Out! You are new here. Problems arise on a daily basis. It will be fixed when it is fixed. Obviously you weren't around here when we weren't able to directly download from most of the major streamers for almost 6 months due to a DRM change. If you are prone to nervous breakdowns caused by stress, it might be wise for you to ask for a refund. Dealing with the cat and mouse game of direct streaming downloads doesn't seem to be in your blood.

                Yes, you are right, I was a little hasty, after all, I was saddened when the new product I bought turned out to be problematic, but if the rules are like this, we will get used to it, thank you for your warnings.​
