So, what have you and Sanba done to try to get this corrected? Have you sent Feedback to StreamFab? Have you written to Wilson.Wang? Although this forum is mainly for help between SF users, I don't see either of you posting a StreamFab.log here so that someone here could analyze your problem. You previously wrote, "Is someone taking care of this iisue?" (sic). Since it is just the two of you having this problem, it is up to you two to make the problem known to the staff. Just posting "still not working" here is not going to do it.
