Set standard default Profile Selection

The default for Converter appears to be MP4 - Same as Source.

I want to set the default to MKV - Same as Source.

How do I do this, or is this something that is planned for the future.

Please go to the Settings panel, and set the profiles for Converter under the Profiles tab.

I'm not sure what you are using, but your screen shot does not match mine in any way...



I selected settings and this is what I got

There isn't any option for profiles. Are you looking at a developer's copy of the software?

Interesting. I happened to open my copy of DVDFab and found that was what you were using to set the Profile.

However, setting it to MKV did not impact UniFab at all. It still opened the first imported file (an MKV file) but set the output to MP4. In addition, my settings in DVDFab were set to MKV (except for the Mobile, so I set it to MKV, too).

Sorry, I mistook it as the default profile for DVDFab somehow.
UniFab does not support setting a default profile.
