    Artifacts at the start of a compressed file.

    This has been rather inconsistent to the point where I could not trust the system not to leave an artifact at the beginning of a compressed video. With the release of UF 1030, I used StreamFab to download the first four files from the Classic Doctor Who (Season 1) through Amazon Brit Box. The result after compressing the file:

    The other three files provided similar results. Note that this is the compression routine, and not the conversion routine.
