I have upscaled multiple files where Unifab has changed the output frame rate from 24 fps or 23.97 fps to 20fps which results in unusable files with stuttering video and lip sync issues. Each case the original file is from one of my DVDs which has been converted from the original file to a mkv file in HEVC. Any idea how this continues to happen or how to stop it?
