I am working with videos since 20 years and I also test every new thing that is out there. But the Video Enlarger and HDR tool are such a fail, that it hurts so much.
I am using an overclocked AMD 7950X and a NVIDIA 4090. With a simple enlarging from 1080p video (Bluray Remux file) to 4k in "standard quality" it will take over 30 hours!!! With only 1-2 fps. Are you kidding me? There is no preview, you didnt know how good the quality is at the end. Will I need "high quality"? We know in 2 days, if the process is finished.
And that is not there first time I tested it, the performance is always poor as long, as you have this functionality.
Try Topaz Video AI, there is a preview, you can fine tune the movie, different models... And the same movie will only take 6-7 hours with 8 fps (and far better quality).
