Downloader not working

Will not launch, black screen appears and then it shuts down. Have uninstalled, re downloaded and reinstalled still not working.

when you uninstalled the downloader, did you delete all the folders used by the app ??
also try checking your antivirus software to see if it's not letting the downloader run.

DVDFab downloader not working. I have tried to download from Disney Plus, Netflix, Amazon. Programs show it is downloading but nothing downloads. I am using trial until I am able to get something to download. Can you help me.
