DVD Downloader 2.3.0.4 fails to analyze video

Attempting to download a video from YouTube fails (see below). Log is attached.

UPDATE:
Can you open the video in DVDFab Downloader and view the video? In our tests, we first received a message saying "video is restricted", but after we use a different VPN, we can download the file without issue.
