yes - it is on Netflix end and is their way to "stop" sharing of user id and passwords, especially if you have had Netflix constantly running for more than 24 hours. You have to sign out of Netflix and wait a couple of hours for Netflix to reset, then sign back in. Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for Netflix to reset.
