Subtitles intermittently missing

Hi,

Since I began using the downloader, it seems to be a "hit or miss" whether the download contains subtitles. Just now I made two attempts from Netflix to download a foreign film and indicated two subtitles to be included. Both attempts contained none when I viewed it in VLC Media Player. Attached is the log. Please try and figure out why this is happening. Thank you.

To add to this post: The subtitle problem seems to be with Netflix much more than Amazon Prime. Also the file sizes from Netflix are much smaller than they used to be. For example, Quantum of Solace which is 1080p, AC3 5.1, and 1 hour 46 minutes long has a file size of only 3.36 gb. I have downloaded some 1080p AC3 5.1 videos from Amazon Prime which have roughly the same file size but are only about 45 minutes long. I have been noticing this with Netflix since the version where you increased the download speed.
