The DVDFab Office will be closed for a few days (10.01~10.07) to celebrate the National Day holidays. This may cause some delays if you have an outstanding support ticket during this time, however, automated functions like purchases and the forum are still running.

Thanks for the reply. I did just see they replied to the ticket after I posted this on the forum. Sorry to jump the gun but I figured I would have gotten a response quicker. I guess since the request was initiated by me on a Sunday, that is where the extra time came in. I will do the steps outlined in the ticket when I can. You can close this post if you want to.
