I have attempted multiple times to download the movie Premonition from Netflix and every time it ends up as a file that has only a 539kbps Data Rate and a size of 540 x 960. Netflix says it is supposed to be HD.

Premonition is HD but you have to have HD settings set up in Netflix........sounds like you don't if it is downloading in SD. Follow these steps to check and redownload the movie to verify.

Just tried that movie just to see if it would download in HD, all my settings are set for HD and I have the Premium Ultra HD and that movie is not downloading in HD even though it is tagged as such. Getting the same Data Rate and resolution size as noted. Think the HD tag isn't correct for that movie, it took 3 minutes to download...........?????Comment
