Note: Download EAC3 2.0 audio from SkyShowtime will be fixed soon.
Stan/DRM MPD: Fully fixed the DRM issue from v6.1.8.4.
Max: Confirmed, 4K/1080p still can not be downloaded with the new DRM fix solution.
For the other modules, please feedback to us if you have any download problem.
We understand the frustration that this issue has caused and we are working on integrating them properly.
Thank you for being a part of the StreamFab community, we really appreciate your understanding.
Why is the app now only downloading 720p and no 5.1? On netflix and amazon?
Which version of StreamFab?
Is it every title or just particular ones?
Can you share what titles you are experiencing this problem with?
Can you share your StreamFab logs?
I have encountered movies on Amazon and Netflix (even before the DRM changes that started on Dec 1) that are only available to web browsers at 480p and 576p, and such lower resolutions... BUT this is a streaming service issue, as using non-DVDFab apps/tools to download showed the same thing.
I am using 5.0.1.1
every title I have tried
big daddy, bringing down the house, once upon a time in mexico, and step mom
Where are the log files?
What DRM changes? I have not kept up.
Thanks
In Windows, the logs are kept in [My Documents]\DVDFab\StreamFab\log although you can use the “Open Log Folder” option off the menu in StreamFab which will take you right there.
There were some Wildvine DRM changes done on the streaming services side. Please see the release notes to StreamFab v5.0.0.8 and 5.0.0.9 for the published information https://www.dvdfab.cn/downloader-new.htm Its impacting StreamFab and its competitors and similar apps too.
