When I select to have closed captionings to be saved, can we have an option to make them turned ON or OFF by default?

I normally don't have them turned on during playback in Plex, only turning them on when I back up to repeat a phrase.

Can we please get an option to have them saved but not turned on by default?

Displaying subtitles is a function of the media player, Plex in your case. SF can save subtitles (either remuxed in the media file or as a .srt file) but does not control when/if they are displayed by the media player when playing a movie/episode.

In Plex you can control the default behavior for subtitles: Click Plex Settings (wrench Icon) then scroll down to/pick Languages. Change the subtitle mode (options are manual, shown with foreign language, and always) to set the preferred behavior.
