All indications point to that that particular website is not supported by StreamFab at this current time.

That website is the VOD site for the cable company Videotron that is based in the province of Quebec in Canada (my province).

It is mostly French stuff and i would assume it would work with DRM MPD/M3U8.

I can't test it as i haven't paid for cable or satellite TV in over 15 years. Actually it's my mom's bday today and will see my 93 year old great aunt at the party later tonight so i will ask her if i can borrow her login

Please try pasting this URL into the StreamFab address bar and see if you can login:

                Code:
                https://id.videotron.com/vl-sso-bin/login.pl?bmctx=72C83B36561D0C467AD9F2E30290EDD9&contextType=external&username=string&context=clubott&vl-sso-lang=fr&password=secure_string&challenge_url=%2Fvl-sso-bin%2Flogin.pl&request_id=2357310016694409957&authn_try_count=0&locale=en_US&resource_url=%252Fuser%252Floginsso
If that doesn't work because it has specifics to my session, i got the URL by going to the site with a regular browser, clicked Connexion, and then copied the URL from the pop-up window.

Those are tough for StreamFab because they need someone to hand over their username/password of their cable company in order to test whether they can figure out the keys and all. Even with the username/password it would be immediately obvious that the request is coming in from outside the cable company's network. Lately you wind up getting 2FA thrown at you then. That's most likely the reason it's not on the Supported Site List. I'm concerned that Mona sent the site to the Developer a year and a half ago and there is no indication of the results of the enquiry listed publicly and it was only now brought up again by Supermann asking about news on the site. If I'm not mistaken, you (Jack <@jpp72>), said you are planning a public list showing the results of requests passed to the Developer or some other Support team and the revamping of the new site request method. Good, good, good.
