Can't download from Amazon prime Germany

i cant't download from amazon anymore - analyses failed every time.
StreamFab Version 5.0.4.1 Germany, LogFile attached. Can you help me?

I am trying out things to download. Thought I would try Amazon.

It seems to be stuck in this mode.
I am signed in , I was trying "Kids in The Hall" new season, then I got this message i tried other things I have purchased.
It will not play in the program's browser as before.

Using version 5.0.3.7

Same here like "nightwgken": i have tried it 30-40 times and suddenly it works again without any apparent reason.
