StreamFab 5.0.4.9 Gray Screen Error

With the new StreamFab 5.0.4.9 update, the files are downloading with a gray screen in mp4 version and in mkv version the files don't play due to lack of codecs, could you please fix this, tested on Amazon Prime, Paramount+ and Starzplay Channels.

Did you try playback the downloaded file using VLC or PlayerFab, same problem？

Hi Mona,thanks for responding, but this problem is general for everyone, the CBR videos from Amazon are coming encrypted, the VBR are normal, the CBR encrypted.

We cannot duplicate the grey screen problem, so it could be better if you can send the log file to us.
Or you may wait for the coming v5050 and then try again. Thanks.

Mona, can you share the Changelog for new Version 5050 ?

And please give us the 5050 Test Version, like the previous.
