      I had exactly the same issue with D+. Did the same remedies with no luck. I just installed SF6, turned off Turbo mode and Andor s1e7 and 8 which were previously stuck now work. S1E1 still wouldn't work until I switched audio off Atmos, then it worked.

          Here is a log file right after I tried downloading a couple episodes. A few failed then worked on a retry.

            I am having an issue with Disney+ on Mac. Not sure if related but after 1 episode of downloading the program crashes. Only one episode at a time. It works fine without turbo downloader on. Happens on 5.x and 6.x.

                The Turbo speed should not affect the VIP streaming download process, do you mean that with the same title, it can be downloaded without turbo-speed on?
                Please offer more info along with the related StreamFab log files, thanks.

                  Any luck with this? I still continue to have to click retry multiple for Disney Plus all other services work without issue

                        The QA team cannot duplicate the problem. Please update to the latest v6100 and then try again. Please video-record it again and if still have the same problem, please feedback with the latest log file and the latest recorded file, thanks.

                          I uninstalled and deleted all items I could find associated with streamfab reinstalled with the latest version 6101 and still seeing the issue. Here is the screen capture https://photos.app.goo.gl/qJicURb3Yd4FcC386 I've also attached the logs

                            does it still fail if you try downloading only one episode at a time instead of the complete season ??

                              I'm not sure, I'll have to try it with the 6001 version. I've had it do this with movies in the past as well from Disney+ so I will assume yes but will give it a try

                                might also try switching to AAC audio and see if that also fails on D+
