StreamFab - is there a light at the end of this tunnel

As we have not had an update to the PC version of StreamFab since the 16th of March and many of the DL processes are no longer working, it would be really nice if someone representing StreamFab could make some kind of statement or update as to when we users can expect to see things returning close to normal.
Is there a light at the end of the tunnel ……?
