Subtitles will not record on DRM MPD (6.1.2.4)

Even though the shows indicated subtitles and they are there when playing via the Chrome web browser, the following shows, using DRM MPD fail to find subtitles:

Britbox classic Doctor Who (the screen indicates CC in StreamFab 6.1.2.4)
BYUtv Relative Race (the screen indicates CC in StreamFab 6.1.2.4)
