As of today, I am still only getting 480p max on Tubi versus the 720p it is supposed to be. Content downloads correctly on another program I have (*not* the competitor). Never an option to select subs. Been a long time since I saw that for Tubi
Mona, can you please have the devs look at this? Should be immediately reproducible.

If you have access to a VPN, try using a Canadian VPN server.
In my testing, i was getting everything in 480p on Tubi USA but 720p on Tubi Canada. The only problem is that some stuff that is available on the US one aren't available in Canada.
I guess you can get some 720p stuff from Canada while you wait for them to fix the US sideStreamFab Community Bug Tracker

Tubi has always provided 720p resolution with subtitles..... and I have numbers upon numbers of titles that have been downloaded as such.....
Of 183 videos downloaded..... the breakdown is as follows.....
7 at 480p.....
159 at 720p.....
17 at 1080p.....
168 with subtitles.....
15 without subtitles.....
As further proof of 720p being the normal output resolution for Tubi..... you can look up at the beginning of this forum and reference a "sticky post" by KidJoe entitled "StreamFab FAQ"..... That was one of the first things I ever read after purchasing StreamFab..... and was the entire foundation of my operational understanding going forward..... In fact..... if you haven't read it..... you definitely should because it is a fine piece of information that anyone can benefit from.....
In any case..... within KidJoe's post..... he references another post from Wilson Wang..... "From DVDFab Staff Post the feature request or suggestions about DRM Video Downloader here!~UPDATED"..... and in the first section of that post you will see all the supported sites along with their maximum available video and audio protocols..... with the following showing for Tubi.....
Tubi: 720p videos, H264 Codec, AAC 2.0 audio
Consequently..... you can see that Tubi has always been a 720p site..... as I..... along with many others can attest..... as well as my above numbers indicate.....
So then what has been my purpose for this post..... Funny you should ask.....
I had just upgraded from StreamFab 6.1.4.0 to StreamFab 6.1.4.4..... so when I saw Radiah's post..... I wondered if what he said was going to affect me.....
I went back and took the three most recent videos that I had downloaded from Tubi in 6.1.4.0..... which had been received as 720p with subititles..... and attempted to download them again this time using my upgraded version of 6.1.4.4.....
In 6.1.4.4..... All three now came back as 480p..... not 720p.....
They all had subtitles remuxed..... but that option was not present to select in the popup window..... and I could not tell if the subtitles were going to be there until I played the downloaded file.....
Therefore..... I concur with what Radiah has reported..... Tubi no longer downloads in 720p since the upgrade to StreamFab version 6.1.4.4.....
And not to cloud the issue..... but this is the same thing that is happening with Pluto..... where Pluto shows that it is downloading in 720p..... then the download window switches to show 480p at about the 66% mark..... and that is the end result received resolution.....
If anyone from StreamFab wants further documentation..... log files..... or screenshots..... let me know..... but this needs to be addressed as soon as possible..... including the still existing problem with Pluto.

I just wanted to chime in and say I'm having the same issues, unfortunately I can't downgrade to an earlier version because it breaks the HBO/Max downloads. Right now I'm kind of stuck in the middle of having paid for 3 VIP's, yet only one of them works, that being the HBO/Max. Tubi however, is still my favorite because of the variety of content. Really sucks that it's broken like this.
