DRM M3U8 No subtitle download option available

On attempting to download a show, there is no option to download the English subtitles, even though English subs are available when streaming.

Does anyone else have this issue, or has a resolution to the problem?

SF using yt-dlp and that doesn't support the site

Open DevTools in Browser select Network and filter: .ass
Play your title and select your sub language, mark ass and open in new tab

    click preview

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately when I do as you instructed, I get an error mesage. I've had to do it through Edge, as for some reason, Firefox detects I'm using a vpn and won't play the stream.

        > Firefox detects I'm using a vpn

In Firefox the message is: "Please turn off the VPN or ad blocker to try it again"
I don't need vpn, but Ad blocker must be disabled

Your Edge looks okay - I think you need only reload the site (press F5)
if you use player before you open DevTools

          > I get an error mesage

I should have looked more closely - the subs aren't loading for you..

ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVE typically indicates a problem with your internet.

Try an other VPN and/or an other DNS Server

I just want to say THANK YOU so much for taking the time out of your day to reply to my posts. I've managed to sort it thanks to your help, and now I know what to do in the future should I come across this problem again.
