Amazon Codec and resolution naming still wrong

the naming of the video at codec and resolution are still wrong
the files are still output as x264 and 720p even if they are in x265 and have a resolution of 1080p

    epsiode number is also wrong
if there is an episode between the episodes that is not available, it is still counted even though it does not count as an episode

    like:
    Episode 1
    Episode 2
    Episode 3
    Episode 3

the first episode 3 is not available but when i download the second, episode 3 is named as episode 4 although it is episode 3.

Glad you mentioned the episode number thing. I hadn't noticed that. I'll keep an eye out for it!
