Netflix subtitle problem

I just loaded 3.0.1.4 in hopes that it would solve my Netflix subtitle problem. It didn't. It appears that when I download a Netflix Original movie, in this case Extraction, there are no subtitles in the output file. As the movie plays I can see the subtitles but they are missing in the output file. The movie is fine other then missing the subtitles. I downloaded the movie Inception from Netflix and it copied correctly, subtitles and all. I've attached both logs. File 10008 is for Inception and file 20016 is for extraction.

Please give version 3015 a try and feedback with the latest log file, thanks.

I just tried 3.0.1.5. Same result. Attached is the log. I tried the Movie Extraction again.

Just tried downloading the Movie Extraction again on Netflix using version 3.0.1.8. This time I turned on CC. As the movie ran I could see the CC for all dialog. The output had no CC. I attached the log.
