I still get make sure your browser is in private mode so its not working after a clean install.

do you use google chrome ?? if yes, then try
- Click Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.
- Click Advanced.
- From the Time range drop-down menu, select All time.
- Uncheck everything except Cookies and other site data.
- Click Clear data. then retry downloading from netflix again
other thing that'll trigger that issue is if you have less than 100 MB of storage space available
it'll trigger that message.
