I've had nothing but negative experiences with my DVDFAB AIO purchase and with simply logging in and posting to this forum. I'm within my 30-days since purchase. How do I go about getting my money back?

I could not log in to the forum, the system did not recognize my email, but I was able to receive password resets. Finally was able to login, but was not allowed to post or message Admins or Moderators. Finally able to post last night, posted to the BD+ sticky in Decryption.
