How impatient and out of touch with reality can some of you people be? All this stuff you are downloading is DRM protected and the very nature of DRM is that it is NOT easy to crack. If you think its easy, then you do it. But if it takes the DVDFab developers 3 months, 6 months, or even longer to crack, then so be it. We wait and be patient. In the meantime, so what if they add new features?...there's nothing wrong with that.

Otherwise, whining because you spent money for software that allows you to get paid content for free is the very definition of hypocrisy. All this false posturing and empty threats like "stand up for what we paid for here" doesn't help anyone.

I only know one other program für recording Amazon. And it works fine.

Signals is correct. Hostile posts will not get things fixed. I just joined this thread because I cannot download from Amazon or Disney + in high def. I see however that the problem has been addressed to the staff. I'm sure they are working on it. Some things take a little time. Recommend patience. This is a newer product, There are bound to be some issues. I have been a FAB user for many years. They seem to be a very diligent team. Every time they have promised something, they usually come through. Now that I know the issue has been reported, I guess I'll just have to wait until they find a solution.

I wish they would quit adding new programs that we will not purchase , since the current flawed versions are not fixed, Not much incentive to purchase new programs. Please take care of the customers/programs you already have. I really love this product , but it is becoming unusable.

Are you saying amazon is abandoned? So there won't be any fix in future ?

We all waited patiently to get the fix. Now people are vexed that it's not getting fixed.
No offense to developers or DVDFab team. We as users just need the software to work since we paid for it
    hope u understand out concerns

They've had two months to prove me wrong. In those two months, they've proven me 100% correct
    • New sites have been added (at least 4 or 5)
    • The product was renamed
    • Apple was reconfigured (at nobody's request) to use lower quality
    • The post download processing setup was modified (obviously), causing MORE headaches for users
    • so many other new additions
    • NO AMAZON FIX
If you're arguing that it hasn't been abandoned, then your take on reality is seriously flawed
Amazon should have been the FIRST thing fixed, before ANYTHING ELSE

Making hostile posts and rants does not do anything to speed up fixes. Clear descriptions of the problem and log files are the prescription. Posts that do not contribute to a solution are subject to deletion or never appearing, as has always been the rule here in all forums.

    Right.
They don't like hostile attitude, so they will soon lock or delete these posts.
In fact, my posts were deleted by moderator without asking more than once. So dirty.

Don't get your point and post...one line out of the whole post...it was actually nailed in response...you don't get it? What is it one can do when they are on the receiving end of being handled.
