If I click that link you proveded, I end up on this page: https://dvdfab.ch/download.htm . It seems to be a swiss page. And there I can find no StreamFab link. Neither for the online installer nor for the offline installer. It seems that some good soul has removed the streamfab download links from the DVDFab download page because StreamFab - according to your mail - is independent now and is offered via the new official website. And this new official website https://streamfab.de/ provides only the link to the online installer.

can you try using a vpn to access to the link i posted and see if you can download
the offline installer ??

and click forum and see if it'll take you to the offline download page.
