Runningwolf000 do you have the volume level turned down or muted ??october262No. When I bring it into Pinnacle, the portion of Pinnacle that shows the sound is empty. It's like the sound is a different part of the video and when imported, it doesn't come with it.
Runningwolf000 I found out this only happens with Disney Plus. When I download with others, i.e. Peacock, the sound is there. It seems to be specific to Disney Plus.
Runningwolf000 After getting an email from Mona at DVDFAB, she told me to download MediaInfo and run it against the video file. The sound was E-AC-3. Pinnacle doesn't handle it, only AC3. I ran it through a video converter to convert the audio and now I have the sound in Pinnacle.
