Netflix display black screen

Hi, i remote my PC using teamviewer. When i click Netflix, it only display black screen. May i know how to fix?

Please go to the installation path of StreamFab, check if there is a file called QCef.exe.
If the file is there, close StreamFab and then delete this "cache" folder to try again.
The path of the folder is:
C:\Users\xxx\Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\temp

Hi, seem like i cannot turn of my monitor. If i keep my monitor turn on, DVDFab now can display like normal. Why ya?
