You started here on 04-28-2022. It would be a logical assumption that you bought your license on or about that date. With your license you received a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. By my count you spent your 30-days writing 8 posts here calling the program garbage and claiming that the company is fraudulent and thieves. Yet, not once in your 8 posts did you request your money back. After that time you continued to use the program and continued to send 11 more derogatory comments about the program and the company. Not once did you reach out to Mona or anyone else in Support with a specific problem and accompany it with a log of the program's actions. All your posts were directed at fellow members here (who have no power to fix any of your problems) including trying to organize a boycott of Fengtao products. Believe me, I would not shed a tear if they banned you and took away your license.

This program is not unique to DVDFab. They don't even develop it. It's sold to a few other companies. Either they're cloning their own company and software (not likely), or they're outsourcing , buying the software from someone else and reselling it.

No it has to be downloaded from torrent or file hosts which is unsupported by StreamFab, where they normally are as MKV and also packed using Winrar.

I really wish they would support H.265. Aside from the amount of providers and IMHO, the better UI, StreamFab's killer feature is H.265 downloads for Amazon Prime and HBO Max. Really hope they add that feature for Netflix as i see plenty of Netflix scene releases in H.265

I was hoping for the best. hbo apparently re-uploaded 2 episodes out of over a hundred and those 2 were also apparently redone with the new format or maybe they just missed uploading them the first time around. Either way I am waiting for the fix to get those last 2 eps in 1080p to match the rest.
