I think CBR is the better choice here, not believing the CVBR file created in this instance for Nope is equal in quality to CBR version with 29% of it's bitrate?
Also:
CBR shows file will be 6.1Gb, creates file that in 7Gb - (higher than anticipated)
CVBR shows file will be 3.34Gb, creates file that is 2.5Gb - (lower than anticipated)

I guess sometimes when it's in regards to movies that you really want the quality to be the best, you should run both and compare?
