it's like the end of 2024 and sorry if i "resume" this thread... but these days hardware acceleration would be appreciated. Softwares like Handbrake, make full use of GPU/CPU combination, speeding up tasks with re-encoding or encoding data (like h264 and h265 hw accelerated).
I own an AMD Ryzen 5 7900x as CPU and Radeon RX6600 (sapphire pulse) as GPU, would like to see in the near future some implementation with HW acceleration?
Happy Xmas holidays and indeed happy new Chinese year to all developers!

I agree with
@Germania . The main problem with Streamfab is the hard drive. As far as I know, Stream loads a video file and copies it once with additional information, decryption, etc. This takes time. CPU, GPU and RAM play a minor role. I increased the processing time by, say, 75% by switching from HDD to SSD.
I don't know how Redfox did it, maybe they didn't have to copy anything on the hard drive from A to B...
Perhaps Windows 11 can speed up 24h2 a bit. It's the first version that partially uses Rust...
