This message appears sometimes. I managed to download seasons 1,2 and 3 without any issues.

You got them from Amazon? I can't find when the Dukes stopped streaming on Amazon Prime but Amazon was talking about it in June of 2020.
I also noticed this issue was closed back in January 2022.

Two different streaming providers. Then theCW, now Amazon Prime. The issues have nothing to do with one another.
Your problem is that Amazon Prime is not streaming the Dukes of Hazzard now.
