I have the same issues with Crackle (on MAC). Video starts playing a commercial, then the Analyzing takes forever, then video fails to download. Log attached.

I don't know if this is by design, but when using the Crackle module, when a title is selected to be downloaded, SF begins playing the video (which triggers an ad that has to be sat through), and eventually will bring up the prompt to add the title to the queue. The first one seems to take a very long time, to the point where I was about to report it as a "freezes on analysis" problem.

Logfiles attached if it helps at all, but if this is by design I'll just make a note.
