The movie on HBOMax Taking Chance with Kevin Bacon is 720p when you choose 1080p but fails every time, please fix if possible. If someone can verify for me, it would be appreciated.

My current procedure, due to streaming service crackdowns on interactive connections/hardware connections, is to always log off of every service in StreamFab after using - this seems to have less issues with having to logoff devices via browser.

Make sure you've logged out of all devices from browser from HBO Max if you haven't done it for a while just in case.

I have not been using StreamFab for HBOMax direct website, but just tested it for you.

When I first logged on with my defaults, I also got the immediate failure.

I didn't get anything about 720p.

Try this...

I then cleared history in StreamFab, closed StreamFab, relaunched StreamFab & tried again and it was able to download 1920x1080 without an error.

It actually downloaded a bitrate of 5792kbps for 1920x1080 when I selected 12,736 kbps.

I also then tried downloading the bitrate of 6802kpbs for 1920x1080 & it downloaded ok with actual bitrate of 3892kbps 1920x1080.

Both files are good & play fine.

My settings in StreamFab for HBO Max are:

HBO Europe Region - Auto, Video Format Mp4, Video codec for Amazon/HBO H265, I Do not have download HBO Max in 4k checked
