    6.1.4.0 540p and 480p ( no H265) on everything Netflix (per Wilson)

Wilson has asked me to start a new thread on my issue. I am posting a logfile
I'm looking for some confirmation that the following is, in fact, fixed in StreamFab 6.1.4.0 - I need confirmations in order to mark the issue Resolved on the StreamFab Community Bug Tracker (SFCBT). Can I get confirmation from all the Amazon regions? The competitor recently released an addendum to their previous fix for

Everything up until V 6.1.3.4 works fine but everything after that is 540p and 480p.

Now I installed V 6.1.4.0 this morning again and I got Better Call Saul in 1080p but all movies and "Suits" are in 540p I attached all the logfile I could find. Movies are also affected by Netflix, screenshot provided.

Thank you Wilson Wang for looking into this. I hope we can resolve this. It's all Netflix with the issues, other providers are fine. Click image for larger version Name:	Heart of Stonbe Netflix.jpg Views:	0 Size:	21.6 KB ID:	430249

Wilson.Wang Thank you for offering to help me but I managed to get it working. I started out by going back to 6.1.3.3 and I got 1080p, so I decided to try 6.1.3.5 and I was also successful, I just installed every single;e version without skipping one until I got to 6.1.4.0 and it works now. The mistake I was making was skipping versions and going straight to a higher one without doing it one by one. StreamFab.log

So you fixed the issue by using the offline installers one by one up to including 6.1.4.0? Is everything Netflix 1080p for you now?

If so, what was your upgrade process before? did you do the "online" or "use upgrade button" in the app? or ??

            Chameleon,
Question: did you use the same 6.1.4.0 installer file this time that you did the first time? The reason why I ask is because I had a strange thing happen when I installed 6.1.4.0. Like you, I download the latest update almost as soon as it comes out, sometimes within minutes. But you seem to install it right away. I, on the other hand, usually wait to see if anyone reports tragic problems. So, I had the early release of the update and I was waiting. Since I was entering reports to the SFCBT I finally felt like I had to install it and I did after doing a complete uninstall using a "professional" uninstaller. * As a lot of you know I always modify my updates, adding the latest FFmpeg, mkvmerge, etc.. When I went to add the files into C:\Program Files\DVDFab\StreamFab, the directory wasn't there. I went looking and found the main StreamFab program at C:\Program Files (x86)\DVDFab\StreamFab instead. I doublechecked and I definitely used the x64 version of the offline update that I downloaded from the yellow "sticky" section of this forum. This being hours later from when I first downloaded the update, I redownloaded the update, uninstalled, installed and it went into the right place this time. Stupid me, I should have compared the two update versions and checked their checksums but I didn't and I deleted the original update download. My theory is that DVDFab initially placed a wrong misnamed update out, realized their mistake, and quickly replaced it with the right one without telling anybody. Those that grabbed the update early got a troubling surprise. IF you downloaded the update a second time, that might fit into my theory. If not, I have no idea what that was all about.

            * "Professional" uninstallers usually come with a 1 year subscription. Since they are pretty much all the same, I get whichever has the best deal at the time. Sometimes I get Revo, sometimes Ashampoo, sometimes O&O, etc. Right now I am using Ashampoo Uninstaller 12.
