Criterion Channel is not extracting subtitles

Hello,
Still having continued issues with extracting subtitles from criterion channel videos (DRM MPD) after reaching out. Can the developers please look into this, as it was working in previous versions?

There is no video link to the log file. So the QA team tested a random one and there are subtitles.
Please provide a link to the video you have tried, so the QA team can test it again. Thanks.

All english speaking films no longer extract subtitles to srt file. What you are testing is a foreign language film with forced subtitles.

Hello, this subtitle problem still persists for all videos that do not have forced subtitles. Is there any update on this?
