Gran Turismo in Netflix is 480p

Hello,

Today when i am trying to download the below movie, its showing as 720X480 as max resolution. I logged out and logged in back but still showing same resolution. is 1080p not working again ?

Your StreamFab.log appears to show that you shut down StreamFab before it even started to do a download and any indication as to whether that download would be at 1080p or 480p.

Please delete your logs and try again.

Yes. i have shutdown stream fab bcoz the download is not 1080p. i can see the screen and it is showing max resolution as 480p. thats why i did not download the movie

The only way we might possibly see the cause of the problem is if we see the full StreamFab.log listing including the downloading and all of the processing.

@Cats4U with me he can shows 1080p before downloading but after a few seconds download starts and it shows 480p...

you are not understanding my point here. i am not able to see 1080p in the download list. why dont you try the same movie from your end and test it whether you are getting 1080p or 480p

I presently do not subscribe to Netflix. I have to rely on the StreamFab.log which gives a more accurate representation of what SF is actually doing anyway. That is why I need a complete version of your log; whether it displays to you as 480p or 1080p, it does not matter.

i am not able to see 1080p in the download list.

Double checking your Settings:

[DRM Settings]: H264 Proflie(Netflix):  "Main"

I would try changing your Profile to "High"

You cant download all non netflix movies in 1080p. If your browser cant play it in 1080p you can not download it in 1080p.

On netflix, while watching a video, if you press ctrl-alt-shift-d it should show you some detailed info about the stream.

Some movies are only available to download from Netflix as SD (360, 480 or 540p). Mostly its been noticed to be Sony movies, and their subsidiaries like Columbia.

Unfortunately Its not a StreamFab problem. I say unfortunately because if it was StreamFab, they could potentially fix. The main competition also has the same issue with Sony movies on Netflix including this one.

I have said this before. Sony movies cannot be downloaded in HD. Screenshot with stats for nerds are for Android
