Why did they say ITVX was fixed in the banner :-(

Speaking as a User rather than a Moderator, I've seen this many, many times over the years, and it totally pisses me off each time. If they try to fix something, they
MAY test it out on one episode or movie and if it passes, it is fixed in their mind. They do not do adequate testing, and it often results in creating more problems than was originally the case. Anyone that has been around here for a while will tell you the same thing. Plus, they added in re-encoding into 6.1.6.2, which is what you appear to be running. Everyone hated the re-encoding the first time they used it because it caused more problems. It is doing the same this time.
Back to me being a Moderator... I was the one that put up the banner. I had to put up something because the previous status report didn't make any sense any longer. Jack and I weren't informed about 6.1.6.2 before time. We were not told that it was coming and what was in it. We both thought they would not release an update while they were busy working on the DRM issue. We were completely surprised and wished they had not released the update. With the only information for me to work with being the Changelog, I slapped up the banner as is. Now, what do I do? Do I remove the banner because as a user I feel it borders on being untruthful, or do I go along with what little has been presented to me by StreamFab and make it available to all the forum members? If I worked for the company, the answer would be easy. But Jack and I are unpaid volunteers, and that creates a conundrum.
