To get assistance you should post a copy of the streamfab log. Also, what version of streamfab are you using? And not sure what you mean by "with account or without." FWIW, Viki is the primary source of my downloads, though I had not downloaded anything since the new version of Streamfab was installed (6.1.7.0 For W64). So I just went to try it now and successfully downloaded 11 episodes of 'You are the Best' without any problems.
