StreamFab v6.1.7.9: What doesn't work

So, after running out of ideas on how to get through to the powers that be, my last ditch effort is to make a post with every new version and keep pointing out new things that don't work but, more importantly, this that are still broken (besides the DRM they will never crack unless it's released on Github).

Here we go:

Output Template Tags All TV Show Episodes as H264 even if they are actually in H265
Output Template Tags All TV Show Episodes as 720p even if they are actually 1080p or 2160p
Output Template Always Creates a folder with the TV Show name and Season folder no matter what you specify in your settings

When using the little triangle to set the default Audio or Subtitle track, it does set it as default but does not set it as the 1st audio or sub.

No biggie but it should be Audio #1

Several of the modules don't allow you to select Audio in 2 or even 3 different codecs. We have a setting that allows us to select 5.1 and 2.0 audio but if the 5.1 is EAC3 and the 2.0 is AAC, you cannot download both. Same for Atmos vs. EAC3 2.0. This affects several modules but the main ones are Hulu and Netflix

Nothing can be downloaded in H265. No H265 HDR, no H265 Dolby Vision, no H265 SDR. This is for old stuff that previously downloaded in H265
The H264 profile selection doesn't seem to work. No matter the profile selected, the bitrates never change when analyzing

Bitrate and size estimates are completely wrong. Just like Amazon, the bitrates in the manifest are not real so bitrate and size of the video needs to be calculated and it shouldn't rely on what Hulu says

So, according to StreamFab, the video bitrate should be 4095kbps and the video size should be 1.3 GB

The resulting file gives us and overall (video+audio) bitrate of 3635kbps and an overall file size of 1.14 GB

The keys.db of the 1080p keys are not included in this version. You cannot download anything in 1080p but you still can in v6.1.6.7

We cannot scan individual episodes from within StreamFab. The automatic browser back needs to be disabled. This has been done with Netflix and Hulu and should be for all modules

Please add your own issues THAT ARE NOT DRM RELATED and that you have tested with version 6.1.7.9 only please. Prime Video Audio Quality issues are DRM related.

Unfortunately, this looks like an issue on your end and not a StreamFab issue. If you have replaced an libraries or python scripts, i suggest you do a full uninstall with Revo Uninstaller and reinstall cleanly.

If you don't want to buy a pro uninstaller, you can find it on pirate sites like filecr.com or appnee.com but make sure you use something like Sandboxie to run a keygen or loader in case there is a trojan in it.

If after analysis I just hit download now, it worked fine in H264 at 1920x1080. When I tried H265, or DolbyVIsion or 4K version - that's when I got no video, just still image. AS also reporting no 4K version, only 1600x670

The best way to prevent VD is to not stick it in strange unknown places. ;) Keygens, cracks and cracked software are just that. VD for the PC.

When using an uninstaller be sure to back up the system first. Uninstallers can break other programs in the process.

For Amazon, I only tried one show and that worked all 3 seasons with all episodes show. And it did download one of the episodes as well as a test.
So maybe it may help to add that those with issues name certain shows they have issues with?

Also for Amazon most likely not worth mentioning but no selection of audio other than AAC.
Or really they still do give selections of other audios, but you only get AAC.

The same now with Peacock, the only audio now is AAC. Any other audio that used to work no longer works in either Peacock or Amazon.
Peacock sound just started when they fixed the downloading of new content. Amazon sound has been broken for too long to tell now.

I am sure not a high priority, but can't access the Roku channel as soon as you try to load it tries to analyze and comes back with an error, so you can't go any further.
Added note there were several reports of getting paid items from Roku you have to log in and people get verify you're a human and can't bypass.
Can't even get to log in as all it does, when going to the site in SF, is keeps trying to analyze and then fails. (https://prnt.sc/85LrtMTXm10r)
Went back to 6170 and did the same, tried 6167 and that won't even download from the site.

Tubi and Pluto seem to work ok.
Thecw works, but has been like this, no options for resolution, like Amazon etc.

It's possible it also refers to Peacock, although older content can still be received in full audio with 6167. Still, 6167 is starting to show its age and having some issues with the Peacock site.

I downloaded those in H265. No issues like i said. I really think you should do a full uninstall and re-install

If you want to bounce back to older versions from newer ones for testing or compatibility without the constant upgrade nags make sure SF isn't running and rename StreamUpdate.exe to StreamUpdate.exe.NOT.

When downloading in EAC3 (CBR, x264) it often happens that the title is named AAC although the audio track is EAC3.
