pluto have two versions: unprotected with Ads - and protected without ads:

.. I think it's a problem with your VPN

have you tried a different VPN server ??

If you find "Couldn't connect to server" in your log - it's a problem with:

a) your vpn/network or
b) an error in the provider’s (pluto) offer

I could rule out b because it worked for me from pluto CA
