Fortunately, I noticed that there is no CW logo in the movie.

CWTV doesn't work for me in .mkv or .mp4 mode, it crashes at the point of remuxing every time. Reinstallation doesn't fix this; it is something broken in the code.

Audio and video are not muxing

Not crashing for me. Remuxing completed with absolutely no issues. See my post number 17 above showing the completed download.

Note: Under the Pole_S01E101_Deep Sea was the first and only video I have downloaded from CWTV. Done just to test for you.

No, that doesn't do anything. All the other providers work fine. I can live without CWTV until they fix it. If something is broken, they have to fix it.

.. it works for me - now also tested with a movie (still mp4+srt)

The CW seems to be working fine for me. Finished fine, no crash.

Windows 11 OS Build 22631.4037.
In the USA, Seattle WA region.
No VPN. No proxy.

Clean install of x64 6.1.9.5 done on 8/22/2024

The movie finally finished but with error. Even using mkv (ffmpeg) option.

Ok, after stumbling across the crash causing subs, I was now able
to successfully remux the same title with the same connection
(like before mp4 with external srt)

The only difference: I selected the subtitle manually.

Here is the Stream Fab temp folder, and none are complete files.

try again, but this time go into settings - VIP Services - under "video format" choose MKV (FFmpeg).
video downloaded ok for me.
