    Netflix 6.2.0.0 Brings back the Netflix log out issue (US)

    If I sign into Netflix, it does sign in immediately, but when I pick a film or a series to download, I get logged out. Sometimes, the download will still download with Netflix logged out, but you cannot put anything in the queue or even stay logged in. It's almost instantaneous. I sent in a note to support them, saying I would be open to them connecting to my computer so they could precisely see the issue.

    Everything works fine for me after installing the update.

      I'm still have the problem too. but is was never fixed for me in the 1st place (I don't have Malware Bytes). Apparently this is only effecting a few people, so might be something on our side. Maybe Netflix is testing something new to kill our downloads.... Or we've hit some mysterious limit. But it's working fine from Chrome and Roku.

      I did try deleting all devices from the account..... I haven't tried (again) to change the password. I suppose if desperate could setup another Netflix account, then if it works delete the first one. Not that desperate yet.

          In either case, please do a clean re-install of 6.2.0.0 using this method...

          1. Totally delete the contents of your StreamFab Log & Temp directories. Please refer to your StreamFab Settings as to where you have told SF where to save them.

          2. Use a "professional" uninstall program to completely remove the old version of StreamFab.
          Make sure the uninstaller removes Registry entries for StreamFab as well as the program.
          Do not use the built-in Windows uninstaller (Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features) as it tends to leave stuff behind.
          A good source for currently available free uninstallers is at https://www.lifewire.com/free-uninst...ograms-2625188 or simply Google "Uninstallers" for additional free and pay programs. Some commonly used uninstallers are Revo, Ashampoo, and Total Uninstaller. Right now, I prefer the Ashampoo - https://www.ashampoo.com/en-us/uninstaller-free. Revo sometimes makes you reboot your computer.
          Important: Be sure to choose to remove StreamFab's current configuration when asked.

          3. Download the latest offline version of StreamFab from the "Sticky" announcement at the top of the forum. Otherwise just download directly from...

          NEVER use the online pop-up installer as it often produces bad installs.

          4. Install the new version of StreamFab.
          If the uninstall program you used has a Install component to it, use that to install StreamFab.
          Using the Install component will keep a complete log of everything added and make a future uninstall easier the next time. When the install is done, start up your new version of SF. A pop-up will appear asking you to re-authorize your StreamFab, do that by giving your email/password. Give your DVDFab email/password, not your forum email/password, if different.
          Then go up to the upper right of StreamFab's display and click the Settings icon and set up your StreamFab configuration to your liking. After setting up your configuration and saving, it is best to close StreamFab and then restart it.


          Did that fix it? If not, attach a copy of your StreamFab.log to your reply. I already have your previous log from another topic. Please follow this method...
          Delete the existing StreamFab.log from your Log directory. Run the ONE download that you are having problems with. Exit StreamFab. Do not edit this new StreamFab.log in any way. Attach your StreamFab.log to a post here on the forum.​ Do not send the entire log directory. Do not send any other file but StreamFab.log. If you follow these instructions, there is no need to compress the file using ZIP, RAR, or any other compressor program.

              Thanks, I'll try (some) of this later. I really hate having to use a 3rd party uninstaller. That just seems like giving another program I don't know whether or not to trust access to my computer (especially if I just google search for one). I did leave a log last time. Seems like the problem didn't leave much information behind.

              Also, note that I have a multi-computer license. I'm having this problem on two different installations (there's a 3rd I could try).

                  If freshly installed, a Windows restart might help ..
                  .. otherwise same procedure as with AppleTV (sample)

                  Remove or better rename %AppData%\DVDFab\StreamFab
                  and remove or better rename your SF Temp Folder
                  after this start the offline installer and set settings​
