StreamFab for Windows Episode 2 of The Penguin USA Max

When I download episode 2 I just get a preview, not the episode. Anyone getting the same thing?

I can confirm, It is also useless to click on Skip + Skip Recap in player ..
.. as only the first episode is used for analysis from Max.

Result is 0:04:27 - even if 0:55:55 is displayed under Downloaded:

Yes, individual analysis would be useful everywhere ...

You need to "traveling" - with VPN - to Europe ..

Happening to me too from USA. Submit a ticket with logs and hopefully, they'll get it sorted in short time...

Episode 2 is only a trailer, not even available on torrents, but the 1080p version with Dolby Atmos is fantastic.

there is plenty of torrents posted of episode 2 and i can download it right now in 1080

Yes, I was looking in the wrong place. The 2160p downloads did not have Dolby Atmos, so the 1080p version is very good and half the size.

How come you only got 1280X640p? Is there a reason you chose that? 1920X960 is the proper resolution.

It's with SF from Max in France (because dl from USA was only trailer) - see #3

I tested (with US Account) via France and get full episode (only 720p)

SF downgraded to 720p (real 640p) automatically (have no key for higher res):

The 1920X960p is fantastic with Dolby Atmos, which is why I canceled my subscription to MAX here. The 2160p is way too large a file. The 19290X960 is 3.83GB/s. With the better audio, I will stick with that. I doubt whether StreamFab will have the 1920X960p version anytime soon.

This same issue happened with The House of the Dragon, where one episode always downloaded a trailer / preview. The StreamFab developers eventually fixed it.

I have the same issue. I am only getting the episode preview no matter what video options are chosen.

Here's something really interesting- the third episode downloads with no issues.
