I have a duo bundle as well. So the quick answer is to set up another account, but as basic only?
Thanks for that work around. Although I hope the dev can find what is different and adapt it to work correctly.
Yes, Hulu Basic with Ad plan is enough for downloading 1080p and 4K videos.
Firstly, I can confirm that H264/H265 1080p and 4K videos can be downloaded with Hulu Basic plan. (Subscript Hulu directly from hulu.com)
But, I'm not sure that why the H265 videos can not be downloaded with the Disney+ Hulu Bundle Trio Premium subsciption. H264 video can be downloaded only.
The stream mpd file can not be downloaded.
Anyway, I will ask the dev to check it.
remmy90travelar Please also tell me your Hulu subscription details, thanks!

Wilson.Wang I created a standalone Hulu trial account. As you mentioned, with that account, everything that I wanted in both h265 and 4k is available in h265. So there is something off with how the manifest is presented with bundled accounts.
Hulu no ads + live tv Disney bundle H265 1080 can be downloaded but only when choosing it from the analysis window of h264 but 2160 can not at all it lets you choose it then downloads 1080 when on h265 if you set Hulu at h265 in settings it docent work at all

Some of the shows that I should get h265 but do not, say a 25 minute episode of a show comes up in the analyze screen as 1.6 Gb, but it downloads maybe 550 Mb. What exactly did it analyze to think it was 1.6 Gb? Obviously that is why it is not offering h265, it looking at the wrong stream.
I got the standard response when I submitted an actual ticket, which is to wait for the next version. Not being disrespectful here, but somewhere about 10 versions ago or so the dev team at SF broke h265, so an actual fix should not be hard to come up with, so it would be so nice to see them unbreak it. When they added the features to 'improve analyzing in various modules.' If you recall, they made a new version after breaking it claiming to 'fix' the issue, but people were still unable to access anything in 4K that they used to be able to, then they made another 'fix' that restored that for some content. And here we are still, 2/3 of the way fixed. Different topic, but since that release they completely broke individual analysis on Prime too. Wilson.Wang
If you want to try Idiocracy, I'm only seeing that in 264. Just trying to duplicate this across installs. I read on another forum that Fox/FX items were now using different encryption, but I don't know how accurate that is. I'm still seeing differences between what people can get and in what format.
Looks like 1080p, but only h264. That is actually the first h264 movie I have seen in searching.

Just want to update. Although I am still having troubles with shows already mentioned, things like movies that have h265 and possibly 4K still do offer the option. Thus far I have not had a movie offer only 264. So this really sounds like an analyzing individual episodes type of issue. Even when I try to force it on the aforementioned shows, it still must be reading something that is h264 and therefore not allowing h265.
I would post a log but it is 3 megs in size. I would have to delete it I suppose and post a clean one.
The movie I just nabbed reported it would be over 7 gigs in size, but ended up being only 4.5. Probably unrelated.
Hulu downloader has been completely broken for me for a while now. I get "hulu error code p-dev313" whenever I try to play anything within Streamfab or just a black screen. Reinstalled, cleaned out all the folders/registry, still broken. It's boned.
If you look at the streamfab.log towards the end, does it say you have too many streams playing at once?
Care to post a clean log? What I mean is, start the program, delete the log, then go to hulu and try something. The select the log, do a copy and then paste, it will make a streamfab copy.log that you can share with us.
