ITVX ITVx won't allow me to download multiple episodes on Kid Shows.

I have noticed that the majority of kid shows, when you click on that show, for example " The Rubbish World of Dave Spud". when the task queue appears it only allows me to download one episode, regardless of which season/series I have select.

Even if I select the episode I want to download, it always reverts back to the first episode. I have an ITVx premium account too.

Can someone help or look into this issue?

I can currently only confirm the issue.

"The Rubbish World of Dave Spud" detects only "Olden Days" (s03e01) ..
.. SF seems to be interpreting the serie as a movie
and result for me in Errorcode 702
    Code:
[Critical]: "[DownloadControlBase]" remuxDownloadedFiles not found video stream

But other series looks unchanged and allow selection - example:

Yeah I could download Grange Hill ok. It's mainly cartoons I am having this issue with.

Hopefully they can fix on next release

With the new update, it is still treating most of the kids shows as a film/movie. Can someone please look into this?

I get also "Game Over" as movie title ..
            - no matter which episode I started -
I only tested s01+s02 but "Game Over" is s03e01

But the resolution for s01e01 is 576p and for s02e01 720p - so it's not the same epi

Hi all the ITVX does record series etc with no problem but when I try and record Kids' programmes it only records single episodes and not the full series

This is still an issue. How can I get the devs to look into it?

I wonder if this is something to do with the way ITVX lists things. On quite a few shows the series episodes are listed so you can multiple download but later specials are all separate and you need to know their name to find them.

On the kids shows you need , are you able to watch all the episodes sequentially without needing to click anything at all between episodes?

I just tried Dave Spud on the Cleverget downloader and all the episodes appear along with a "select all" option so it would seem to be an SF problem
